What Sets It Apart
Disturbing Puzzles
The game is all about environmental puzzles to be solved through keen observation. Players may have to take notes some of the solutions aren’t immediately apparent.
Retro Horror, Modern Execution
A haunting score, fixed camera angles, and limited saves (on harder difficulties) tie together an immersive throwback experience. However, Unreal Engine 5 ensures visuals are sharp and atmospheric.

You control Roman (voiced by Togo Igawa), a train conductor trapped inside a nightmarish dimension after having gone through a mental breakdown. He is surrounded by grotesque creatures and twisted architecture, the only way to survive is through weapons, stealth, or sheer wit.
Post Trauma combines nostalgia with innovation fixed cameras and deliberate pacing meet with modern graphics and intricately designed levels. Just when you think you got the game rules right, it subverts the expectations, keeping tensions high.
